alot of people stress alot during school. Teachers,bullies,homework,etc.. But i'm going to make this post about how to deal with it. So continue reading.. Unless you think you got this covered that is.
Teachers
- Simply Breathing in and out this will help with the tension and/or anger building up inside you or the stress. either/or
- Do what your told I know i know some of you are too 'cool' but it will get them off your back.
- take a day off instead of going to school be truthful with your parents or pretend your sick or something.
- particapate in class again i know i know but at my school the cool kids have alot of good grades even though most of them are bad there is also a really good amount of good because they listen while chatting away.
- Counsler/parents talk to them. unless it makes you uncomfortable. they can talk to your teachers ;)
Bullies
- sticks and stones just sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you
- hide after class you can always go somewhere that you feel safe
- Friends Ever heard the term 2 is better than 1 well in this case it is!
- counslers/parents again only if you are comforable they will find out a way to deal with bullies if they really care.
- do not! do not talk back! talking back will lead them further into bullying you more. because they want to fight.
- Breathe in and out this helps sometimes depending on the situation.
Homework
- leave a note it's good to leave a comment somewhere saying you have homework to do like an agenda,notebook,or even writing it on your hand.
- do it you can't just not do your homework, it will effect everything!
- study night get one of your best buds to come over to your house and work together. friends cause less stress in work.
- quickly get done with it fast so you have more free time!
- google i know i know it's cheating but my parents reccomend it lol and so do i.
